We would like to remind you to follow all of the steps included in your instructions during installation, ensuring that you have a battery charger connected and your batteries are fully charged. This will ensure a successful installation process with no errors.
If you have already tried re-flashing the tunes and are still experiencing the same issue, please double-check that you are following the installation process correctly. Sometimes, the first download may not take properly, and a simple re-flash may solve the issue. If you are using a 2018+ model, make sure that your bypass cable is connected during the re-flash process, as the electronics in trucks can be unpredictable.
It is also possible that the error codes are caused by your sensors still being in place. We recommend completing the delete process or simply removing the emission-related sensors at the exhaust and EGR and then re-flashing the tunes. Ensure that your air intake throttle valve is also disconnected as it needs to remain disconnected indefinitely.
