This error code comes up from time to time. We notice this happens when customers are installing their DSP5 switch. 

Please review the questions below and send the support team an email informing them you have this error message.

First question is

Does tune file loaded match year of truck on title or registration NOT build date?

• Send us a picture of your VIN number and a picture of the CUSTOM TUNES on your BDX device.

2nd question

Does code pull a engine light?

• If it does, please send us a picture of the code you are seeing. 

3rd question

is switch wired into fuel temp sensor?

4th question

Did you load SOTF ( shift on the fly ) file or one if the other tune files ?You can only load SOTF file when using switch
