I can’t connect to my vehicleUpdated a year ago
This issues comes up from time to time. Nothing to be worried about!
Please check the following
1. Place your key in ‘Run’ Position (ENGINE OFF / ACCESSORIES ON )
Once you plug in the Auto Agent®, it immediately tries to gather data from your truck's engine computer. If the ECM (Engine Control Module) isn't active before you try to connect, the app will display a message indicating it can't communicate with your truck.
To ensure a smooth connection, turn your vehicle's key to the 'Run' position before attempting to connect. This activates your ECM, enabling the app to retrieve the correct data.
2. Check your bypass cable connections ( applicable on all 2018+ models only )
