If you tracking ID is stuck on "Label Created" please allow the tracking to update - it can take 1-2 business days for the tracking to adjust and update. If it has been over 2 business days, please send in a support ticket.
This will create a ticket with our support staff and a member on our team will take care of you quickly.
The reason for the Label created over 2+ days could be due to a shipping/courier issue, from time to time, Fedex/UPS do lose the package and we need to get involved. But please check in with us if the package has not moved from "Label Created" after 2 buisness days.
