Minimax - Reduced PowerUpdated 2 years ago
Reduce power usually means the tune was not installed correctly. From time to time, you need to install the tune more than one time as the first iteration did not work. This issue arises with any tuner really, when you go to re-program the ECU, sometimes the reprogramming process does not fully complete.
I would suggest to install the tune once more! Here is how you can do that

Make sure that the Minimax tuner is loaded with a fully charged battery before connecting it to your vehicle.
Ensure that you are connected to a battery charger that outputs at least 12.1-12.3 volts.
Check that all connections between the Minimax and the OBDII port are firmly in place, and that there are no loose connections.
Disconnect any other external electronics, such as amps, phone chargers, external GPS devices, or any other gadgets that draw power from the vehicle.
Check if the firmware of the Minimax tuner is up to date. To do so, click on "Show settings" on the top left corner of the tuner and verify that the version is 2.02... If it is not up to date, please visit https://www.minimaxx.ca/updates to update your device.
