EFI LIVE error codes come up from time to time. Please Take a look at our EFI LIVE error code page, if your error code is not found there, then keep going with this article! 

Error codes come up, sometimes it due to an installation issue or the information given to use may have been wrong. Either way, our techs will look into the issue and see whats going on! In return, we are going to need some information from you.

Please send us the following information via our support form here :  Create support ticket 

1. Send us a picture of the error code via the form

2. Send us the following information via the form  : 

• Year/Make/Model

• Complete VIN

• Transmission (68RFE, AISIN, G56, ALLISON)

• Transfer Case Type: Manual or SOTF

• Fuel Tank (Single or Double)

• Tire Size (GM or Chevrolet only)

• Modifications

• AutoCal Serial Number (located on back of device)
