We highly advise you to Install the Delete tuner first. Always. This is for a few reasons but the biggest reason is if your tuner has some errors and everything is off the truck, you will be down a truck until we are able to fix the issue. Additionally, the delete tuner seems to work better if everything is connected and in place. After installing the tuner, you can start removing the hard parts. EGR,PIPE. As having the DPF&CAT and EGR kit off your truck without the delete will trigger codes on your truck. You want to be loading the tunes without any codes present.

You do not have to delete the physical egr, only remove the sensors. The pipe you can't do that. The pipe has to be removed.

The exhaust needs to be deleted. Not deleting the DPF&CAT can be very harmful to your truck.
