SOTF Cummins/Rams CSP4/5 Switch EFI LIVEUpdated a year ago

SOTF SWTICH INSTALLATION

The Shift on The Fly Switch is optional to install, if you are not wanting to install the switch that is NO PROBLEM!

Down below is a clip from Dark Iron's Installation video on how to install the SOTF Switch for your 2013-2018 Cummins! The SOTF switch is the same on the 2010-2012 models

The switch has 4 positions, and each position will change the +HP rating!
(please note if you have a 5 position switch, the 5th position will be the same as the 4th power level)

From left to right :

Level 1: "Stock" +0HP. Ideal for daily driving, towing, and best MPG.

Level 2: +65HP. Ideal for daily driving, towing.

Level 3: +100HP. Ideal for performance applications

Level 4: +130HP. Ideal for performance applications.**

Level 5: ( if you have a 5 position switch it will be the same as level 4)

**To run the higher +HP tunes, we suggest that you have a built transmission, EGT sensor probe with monitor, and an injection pump upgrade. Head studs would also be a recommended upgrade.

These are our suggestions but I would suggest that you also speak to a professional diesel mechanic to get a better overview of the upgrades required for a higher horse power gain.

After you install the SOTF switch, you will have access to the different power levels. If you do not install the switch, it will be as if you are on position 1 on the switch.
