What to expect after you have placed your orderUpdated a year ago

if you have already placed an order or wanting to know what to expect, here is a video that will illustrate that nicely for you

So, what is next? You just purchased your product and are probably wondering what to expect. 

  1. Emails you will receive 

  2. Vehicle Information form to fill out 

  3. Tracking Numbers 

  4. Installation instructions and guides 

  5. Customer & Technical Support 


Number #1 Emails 

by now, you should have received a confirmation email regarding your purchase

with a few other emails that are automatically sent to you post purchase

The most important emails you should look out for are the following :


  1. Confirmation of order email

  1. Installation instructions or Master instruction set 

  1. Vehicle information form 


If you did not receive any of these emails after 20 minutes or so , please contact our support team by opening a customer support ticket on our website and an agent will send you all of the required information directly to you.


Number #2 Vehicle Information Form


The Vehicle information form is required to be filled out for all products which require custom tuning. 

Please note, if you purchased a full delete kit or a tuner, you will be required to fill out our vehicle information form post purchase. 

This form is used to build your custom tunes and we will require your vehicle information in order to build them. We will require the form to be filled out before we ship out your items.

Please make sure you are accurately filling out the form as typos may lead to small delays on your order.

Please note, if you do not see your tuner that you purchased on the form, it means we do not require you to fill out a form.


Number #3 Tracking Numbers 


Depending on what you have purchased, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. 

If you have ordered a full delete kit from us, you will most likely receive up to 3 different tracking numbers as we will be shipping the parts individually and separately.

If you upgraded to express shipping the same will apply, we will ship out your items separately with the correct shipping speed. 

Please ensure you are checking your emails as our team will send shipping confirmations to your email directly.

Tracking numbers will be sent roughly 1 business day after the purchase has been placed

Some items take longer to ship than others, but rest assured, we will deliver your parts in the time frame advertised on your order. 


Number #4  Installation instructions and guides 


We recommend that you fully read our instruction sets and watch all of the videos we have sent you beforehand to ensure a smoother installation. 

Please note, we do have many resources beyond the installation instructions which can be found on our help center on our website!

Our installation instructions are very informative and worthwhile using as a guide, however, if this is your first time working on a diesel truck and are not familiar with the process, we recommend that you hire a shop to help you with the installation.

However, the process itself is very doable with some patience and attention to our instructions. 


Number # 5 Customer and technical support

If you require support or run into any technical issues, we have your back. 

If you require assistance please open a customer support ticket on our website and a member on our team will respond back to you via email within one business day.

Please make sure to provide us with as much detail as possible while opening a customer support ticket with us. Our team will do our best to reply as quickly as possible.
