If you look at the blocker plate for the 2010-2024 Cummins EGR kit you will notice a small hole on the plate. The purpose of that hole is so that you can put an EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) Probe Kit the size of the hole is 1/4 inch NPT male thread

If you do not want a Probe Kit or do not care to monitor you EGT&apos;s that is okay as well, you can get a screw from a local auto parts store or alternatively you could weld the hole shut if you have the means to do it.
